Determine if your project is for private or public record.
PUBLIC
This option increases the item’s legitimacy and market value by making its authenticated status publicly verifiable, which is particularly useful for resale, exhibition, or establishing a reputation within the collecting community.
Products are traceable within our product registry and returned with a serialized sticker and matching authentication report. Cert stickers are adhered to the product, images of the wrapper fingerprints are saved, and weights are recorded. Card parameters are not disclosed to the client (card identities, number of hits, and so on.)

PRIVATE
This option allows collectors to verify authenticity and contents without exposing ownership or details to the public, preserving privacy and enhancing security, especially for high-value or sensitive items where discretion is paramount.
Products are untraceable and returned as received. The customer receives imaging of products and their contents but no formal report. Card parameters are disclosed to the client (card characteristics, number of hits, and so on.)

STEP 3
Email us with your list of products and type of authentication. We will send you a formal quote, instructions for shipping, and a payment link.
STEP 4
Upon receipt of payment and product, wait a few days to receive a download link to your product images, files, or authentication report. All products are stored within a 24/7 recorded security room.
STEP 5
Upon completion of the project and data transmission we will ship the products back using your return label.

To maintain chain of custody of authenticated products, we will ship serialized products directly to Goldin for public authentications.
Grading & Encapsulation Services
